If you book directly on The Imperial Hotels Group website, we will make every effort to meet your needs for changes and cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy is only 72 hours before your arrival but we'll do everything possible to accommodate your requests.

- Rates are for room with ABF and subject to change without prior notice
- All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT and 1% provincial tax.
- The rate of exchange prevailing on the date of the payment will apply.
- Room rate on the night of 24th December includes Compulsory Gala Dinner at 2,524 Baht per
person (Children under 12 years receive 50% discount).
- Room rate on the night of 31st December includes Compulsory Gala Dinner at 4,625 Baht per
person (Children under 12 years receive 50% discount).
- For the period of 21 Dec - 5 Jan , minimum of 5 nights stay is required
- Airport transfer from/to Samui airport is 250 Baht net / person / round-trip. (Joining bus)
- No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 4 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 3 day(s) will be charged 100% from the total amount of room
reserved for 1 night only.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved for 1 night only.
